The Beast called Hospitality ...
Too often i find that the people in Hospitality are … well, not very hospitable.

Have you ever stopped to think about why that may be. Your days starts at the strangest times (including weekends and holidays). You work when all your friends are relaxing on their off days. You spend holidays alone, as everyone else is working when you’re off. You earn less than everyone you know, but do twice as much hours.
And all of that while you have to listen to someone that think they know everything about what you do, and can do it all better than you, and they make sure you know it!

Always worth trying to gain a better understanding and appreciation of what its like ‘on the other side’. Perhaps, maybe, just maybe … we’re (customers) partly to blame for that 'unhospitableness' … With every increasing expectations and demands, a little patience (on both sides) can go a very long way! MvD H.A.S help increase and maintain standards, but all of us as a consumer of services, could also assist in making it the enjoyable experience that its meant to be.
